No tourists go there. It is really high. But you can go to 86th floor or around it and see the panorama of New York City in the day time, at night or at dawn. 
You can stay there as long as you wish and see all the views together, one by one. 



The fist one I saw was night time. It was unbeleivable. I thought, this is a place I want to live - 
right on Empire State to see this beauty every day. New York at night is fascinating!!! 

Then I saw New York during the day, it was in the fog. It is also a great view, but it cannot be even compared with a night view.

But the best is dawn time, which slowly truns into night. When you see the sun going down.
It is unforgettable view!!!
